Dean Nutt ( Operations Director )
Dean is Operations Director for the YMCA and is responsible for a team of 30 staff and volunteers. He has a degree in community youth work and as worked in the youth sector for 20 years. He previously worked as youth leader in Larne YMCA for 10 years during which he increase the youth club membership and range of activities it offered to young people. These include drug and alcohol preventative work , improving community relations and growing skills and abilities of young in a non academic setting.
Adam ColGan (Autism Support Program Co-ordinator)
Adam is the Autism support program co-ordinator and also leads the community relations and drug and alcohol programs within the YMCA. He leads Larne YMCA's programs run jointly with 6 local primary schools. Adam has worked education sector and the community youth sector for a number of years and is a qualified primary school teacher.

Becca is the Youth Support Worker in charge, she has responsibility for the seven youth sessions run weekly within the YMCA. She has volunteered in the scout movement for 8 years and is currently the N Ireland commissioner for Squirrels. She has a Child care and education level 3 diploma and is working towards a degree in Youth and Community Work
Veronica is the Business Support Manager with Larne YMCA. She reports to Dean and is responsible for managing the finances and payroll of the YMCA. She produces regular financial updates for board members and project managers. She works directly with auditors in production of the annual accounts. Apart from managing the administration she works regularly in a face to face role with parents and carers who use the YMCA's after schools service.
Leanne manages the YMCAs After schools operations and reports to Dean . There are 2 centers one in the YMCA which caters for 50 young people and one in Moyle primary which caters for 25. She is responsible for a staff team of 6. Leanne has 20 years experience in after schools and youth settings and has a City and Guilds level 5 in play work and management of after schools operations. She is also part of the YMCA DCPO team. She is also a mentor for the incredible years programs for parents.

Lorna Broomfield- Carradus is the deputy manager and has great experience in Child care .She has a 1st class degree in primary education
Leigh-Ann and Jamie each have a level 3 child care qualification.
Abbey is currently working towards a level 1 child care qualification.
